I once asked my mental health associates if they had ever studied the nature of real mental health in college. Their answer was no. It was all focused on mental disease. That was true for me as well -Aaaand there were a lot of details. The DSM-5 manual, published in 2013, has 947 pages and describes 297 disorders. In contrast, 3 Principles Psychology has an extremely short list of factors; there are 3 (That’s all. Really, that’s it.) involved in producing our experience of life. These factors, called principles, cover, without exception, how every possible life experience a human being might have occurs. More importantly, they describe the source of our mental health, how we lose our connection with it, and how we can effortlessly regain that connection.
